We raise Black Angus Grass Fed Beef (only grass and hay fed) and are licensed and inspected to sell on farm or at the farmers market in Linn County. It is frozen and vacuum packed. We sell unpasteurized honey from our beehives. We sell fresh baked kolaches that are available as special order or at the local farmers markets in Ely, Mount Vernon and Cedar Rapids @ Noelridge. We will have a variety of summer produce from our compost fertilized garden. This is where Ali gets her honey--great stuff! You can drive out to the farm to get it (just east of Prairie Schools) or catch them at a Farmer's Market.

Join a Buying Club in your area! A buying club is a group of customers who meet Wallace Farms & Nick’s Wild Fish every month or every other month in a designated location. They place their pre-order of beef, lamb, chicken, salmon and shrimp and pick it up during a 2 hour time period. Simply register with us and tell us what city you would like to join. Locations and dates of the pick-up will be emailed 1 week in advance.
